The representative of the office of Grand Ayatollah
Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) in Baghdad, located in
Al-Saydiya at the Mosque and Hussainiya of Ashab Al-Kisa (peace be upon them),
supervised a series of religious jurisprudential lectures. Sheikh Abdul Rasul Al-Attar explained the purpose of
these lectures, stating, "The aim is to simplify and clarify various
religious and jurisprudential rulings essential for individuals in their acts
of worship and transactions. The lectures are designed in a simple format to
ensure accessibility and comprehension for all attendees." He elaborated on the importance of these rulings, which
intersect with many aspects of daily religious obligations, including prayer,
zakat, pilgrimage, and other acts of worship. Al-Attar stressed the necessity
of conveying the teachings of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) in a clear and
practical manner, addressing the queries of the faithful and providing a
valuable opportunity for enlightenment.
He concluded by emphasizing the profound impact of these intellectual religious lectures on individual and societal growth, underscoring their role in shaping an informed and faithful Islamic community. |
