Question:if one dos not trust the representative of the religious authority, to whom will one give the imam’s share? If one comes to know that the representative is not trustworthy to be given the share of the imam, will it be permissible to give the Khums to the same representative?

Answer:In the name of Allah, you have to contact the religious authority, and he determines what to do. Additionally, we order each of our representatives to receive the receipt which is signed and stamped by the religious authority to deliver it to the person who paid the religious right. If you got the signed and stamped receipt from the religious authority, you are safe, and in this case, the representative, Allah forbid, cannot betray the trustworthy charge. Allah knows best.

Question:When giving Khums, is it a condition that the giver knows the persons entitled to this legitimate right or is it sufficient that the owner of the Khums has trust in the mediator who will deliver this legitimate right?

Question:1- Our great father, we have learned that your Eminence has given a general permission to deliver the share of the Sayed from the Khums to the poor and religious men. Is this true? 2. In the event of such general permission or of special permission, what is the control over the exchange of shares of Sayed? Is it sufficient for the Syed who is supposed to be given the share to be unable to pay his monthly expenses, not having a monthly pension or work and unable to pay the rent of his house or bank installments?

Question:Is it permissible to give the share of Sayed from the Khums to the popular mobilization forces on the front lines as food? Or is this limited to the share of the imam?
