Question:Is it permissible to use a shroud that has verses of the Quran written on it for wrapping the deceased?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is permissible, but the written verses of the Quran shouldn't cover the private parts or feet of the deceased. Allah is the All-Knowing.
Question:On the night of burial, if charity (sadaqa) is given, is it still preferable to perform Al-Wahsha prayer or does charity not substitute for this prayer?
Answer:In the name of Allah, charity does not substitute for the Witr prayer on the night of burial. And Allah knows best.

Answer:In the name of Allah, there is no such Hadith available to us. Allah knows best.
Question:If the doctor touched the viscera of the corpse such as the liver, intestines, arteries and veins, and the doctor was wearing gloves, then the doctor touched me, is it necessary for me to wash the touch of the dead person, whether he touched me with dripping moisture or not, since I did not directly touch the corpse?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is not obligatory to perform the wash of touching the dead until you touch the dead corpse itself, and the wash is not necessary when touching the moisture separated from the dead. Allah is the Guide and Knowing.
Question:Will the deceased know when I visit him?
Answer:In the name of Allah, yes he will. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible for the imam of the congregation to perform the Eid prayer twice, and to set it up on the first day of a group of believers who have fasted according to the view of their religious authority (marji), and on the next day the Imam of congregation prayer leads another group of believers who have fasted according to another religious authority? If the imam does not break his fast and is waiting for the opinion of his religious authority, is it correct for him to pray Eid as imam while he is still fasting?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is not permissible to pray Eid prayer while the Imam is fasting during Ramadan. If he prays – according to his job- and the Eid is announced, the prayer is valid for that day only, but the prayer of the next day is an innovation. If he follows the Taqyia to protect himself or his honor from the non-believers, it is permissible to pray the Eid prayer on the next day. Allah knows best.
Question:With regard to the prayer of the gift (i.e., the night of burial), is it permissible to consider it among the nawafil of Maghrib or night? Is it permissible to bring it between Maghrib and 'Isha'? Is it better to do it or to bring it after supper?
Answer:In the name of Allah, be advised, my son, that any work does not enter into another work and you can pray Nawafil night and give it to the dead. This is not the prayer of night of burial. Allah knows best.
Question:In the holy month of Ramadan, believers used to hold certain rituals to commemorate the honorable nights of Al-Qadr, including that they pray a congregation with the intention of offering the missed prayers of daily prayer. However, neither the imam of the congregational prayer is sure that he is obliged to do missed prayers, nor the believers who pray after him. Is the prayer of the congregation valid in sharia, and is the congregation gathering with the intention of offering the missed prayers?
Answer:In the name of Allah, be advised, my son, that every one – except the infallible Imam- is aware of the mistakes in prayer either due to negligence or ignorance. We know this through the fact that we make mistakes in our daily lives and most of us are exposed to the need for two prostrations of forgetfulness. How can you be sure that your prayer is flawless? For this reason, the most notable figures in the Shiite doctrine used to repeat their prayers. One of the religious scholars had repeated his prayers three times in his life, yet he recommended his son Fakhurl Muhaqiqeen (may Allah be pleased with him) to repeat all his prayers after his death and this is Sayed Abu al-Qasim Sayed masters (may Allah be pleased with him) even though he did not state this to return prayers, but it is proven that he recommended his son Muhammad Taqi al-Khoei to return all his prayers after his death. I hope that Allah will reconcile and repay. This is the possibility of the invalidation of the prayers of man is limitless. It is found and it leads to hold the prayer in the way you have mentioned. May Allah help us for doing good.
Question:A person mentions in his will that he should be shrouded in a shroud on which the great “du'aa al-jushan is written. It is known that this du'aa includes the names of Allah and his attributes. We know that if the deceased is covered with such a shroud, then it will be buried and after a few days, the body will be decomposed by the earthly factors. What is the sharia ruling? Should we enshroud him and execute his will or not?
Answer:In the name of Allah, be advised, my son, when washing the dead it is highly recommended to press on his stomach until the waste is evacuated and then wash his rectum as required. In this case, the body is pure. Then, the dead body shall be washed three times according to what is stated in our practical treatise. Thus, it will be clean; nothing comes out of it. The body becomes pure, i.e., if the body is decomposed, it will remain pure and the shroud does not get impure. Kindly, contemplate in the question and pay attention to the answer. Allah knows best.
